Arpit "Monu" Dubey

Naturalist. Wildlife photographer. Host of one of the most loved lodges at the Turiya Gate of Pench.

Monu is a well-known figure in the Pench Tiger Reserve region — highly regarded by travellers and wildlife enthusiasts for his tiger-tracking skills, jungle expertise, and steady stream of real safari updates. He grew up next to this forest, learning the difference between an alarm call and a mating call, between a pug mark and a scrape, between a good sighting and a lucky one.

Today he runs Pench Tiger Home — a wildlife lodge located strategically next to the Turiya Gate, the primary safari entry point for the Madhya Pradesh side of Pench. The property is also close to the Khursapar and Telia safari zones. The lodge is known for its homely atmosphere, customized food menus, and dedicated guidance for booking tiger safaris. Beyond the lodge, Monu personally curates camera rentals, safari bookings across three parks, and reliable ground transport under his brand The Bagh Taxi.
